I have worked with several POD providers in this pandemic..! This is the worst company ever. i just place the order on 6th july...my order still in production. all other POD providers do their fulfilments between 2-6 working days..! I never ever use this. very disappointed. You should really manage your resources to provide a better service than this.
Apologies about your experience but we already communicated with you last week about our current production times and set expectations to when you should expect this to ship. Your order is not only about to ship today but also is well within our current production window. Happy to help with any additional questions you have!
More than a month still not shipped.
The print quality is very bad, I often get complaints from my customers about the print quality, they often request a refund. Fuel regularly delivered the wrong sizes and colors of the shirts that I ordered.
The worst customer service I've ever known, when you ask a question, they will answer 2-3 days later.
Bad service! I made a mistake and paid the price when choosing them
I ordered a hoodie with my graphic as a sample. You sent me a Fruit of the Loom T-Shirt. I waited over a week for this crap. How did your system process screw this up? The colors didn't even print well. I might as well buy my own DTG or sublimation setup. Disappointed!
I am using this app to add products to my Shopify store, its working good so far. Though I am facing some issues, not sure the problem is at their end or mine. But the integration is good. Looking forward to making Fuel my sole print provider. Do increase your portfolio of products so that I can use Fuel exclusively.
I'm so sorry to hear that you're having issues. Please reach out to our Customer Service team via the Fuel app or our Help Center. We'll be happy to help you through this.
UPDATE:
It was a bit of a rocky road in the beginning, but once I was able to reach someone from Fuel, they were amazingly friendly and assisted me with an order issue I was having. They continued to follow up with me throughout the process, notifying me when my order was sent to print and when it was shipped. This really helped me change my mind about them and I will continue to use their services in the future!

How many times do I need to reach out for support before they contact me back? I’ve sent three emails about an order and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. They are giving my shop a bad reputation, unfortunately and I want to use their service.
Aside from that, quality is mostly good. The colors don’t entirely match when you receive the item so the mock-ups looks way better than how they actually turn out. If your design colors are really close to the shirt color, order a sample. I had to remove pieces from my store because of this.
Hope to hear from ANYONE soon. I can change my rating if they make it right. I guess we will find out.
Originally, Fuel's customer service was spot on and responded in a timely manner. However, now they don't even address your questions and simply ignore the parts they don't want to answer. I ordered samples recently and they were horrendous - the design was faded, cracked, and tiny compared to the size of the garment. They didn't even give me a full refund! The only plus is their pricing which is the cheapest I've seen anywhere. I guess you get what you pay for. There needs to be serious improvements in print consistency, quality, and customer service. I was looking forward to working with them but now I have to look elsewhere.
Update. Finally got a response. Much appreciated. Will see how things go from here! As anew customer, I would expect better. Submitted one product to test the service. Cannot get a support answer now. Fours days and counting. Happy to change the star rating if Fuel would step up and provide some actual customer service.
I'm a little angered reading other reviews. My products were not fufilled timely and their excuse was the COVID. 5 weeks to get 9 shirts. And the test orders, once they finally arrived, were not good fits and teh printing at the top end of the shirts was faded.
Lots of great options, but quality and service were not what others are stating.
I normally don't give negative reviews, because I choose to go directly to the company with any issues. But I felt the need to share to let others know before using this company. Recently I starting using this app. I ordered a couple of sample shirts and I was pleased with the product and speed of production and delivery. After a devastating tornadoes hit my community on March 3rd, 2020, my company designed a shirt to sell with 100% of profits for the tornado relief. I decided to use them to print a bulk order for me and reached out to them explaining the situation and request a faster shipping method. They were very kind and obliging to me. So I was very pleased with the interaction and very thankful for their willingness to work with me.
Well, when I received my bulk order, I immediately noticed 2 shirts with a dark discoloration on them. I emailed them explaining the situation and got an immediate response with an offer to replace the shirts. A few hours later I emailed them explaining I had 8-10 more shirts with the same problem. That's at least 12 of the shirts of a bulk of 72 shirts that had dark discolored spots in various places. I received no response. It's been 3 days ago since I sent email and have still not received a reply. I had to find a local screen printer to replace the shirts costing more money. Plus I had to email all my online customers to check their shirts and offer a replacement if they noticed any problems. I regret using the Fuel app and have hurt my business because of it. I'm still waiting to hear from them about the 12 shirts that have spots on them....
Update - The company has now responded and is refunding money for the defective shirts along with some additional money for my trouble. I appreciate that they have been stand up enough to stand behind their product.
I am having orders for more than 30 days that are IN PRODUCTION. This is unacceptable!!! I do not recommend this app.
