Le support est vraiment le pivot de premier ordre du service ! Très heureux d'avoir développé ma boutique avec cette App.

We changed from Shogun to Gempage and are confident with the change. The reason for the change was that at Shogun pages the buy button did not work always, which was really the badliest experience I ever had with a page builder. We did get phone calls of customers which tried to buy without success. That happened a second time again, after the first technical support. With Gempage we now have 1 year experience and had today the second small (code) problem which this time was the reason that pictures were shown in low 40x40 px resoltution instead real quality. The technical support service was amazing and delivered fast and good solution. But I await that landing page shopify landing page builders work 100% riskfree and take care that such problems never appear. I use a landing page builder to produce faster nice pages. I don`t want to risk that the user experience is badlier than without page builder or like with Shogun that a buy button at the webshop don`t work... The pages must work 24hours and 365day per year 100% secure and free of functional problems. I give 5 stars because of the good support and a second chance. But if something like this happens again during the next 2 years then we stop using page builder apps for shopify.

Very nicely designed web site builder. Really helpful for those who don't know how to write any code like me. Very great customer service to let users know what to do if we are unable to deal with some difficult issues when building the web page.

A great app to design outstanding product pages. The support is great as well! I would definitely recommend using Gempages!

I am still currently formulating my full thoughts on this app however it asks that i type at least 100 characters. This star count indicates my current level of satisfaction with these app developers. I will keep it updated.
Current Status: Seems like Chris hired some help, things have been much better with the customer service end lately

Really easy to use app with a range of templates and easy to customise to your needs. Fantastic support team that stay on the live chat until you have successfully resolved your challenge. Highly recommend.

I'm in love with it. So easy to use. Pages turn out beautiful.
Also their support is always extremely helpful. The app says they will reply within 1 hour, but it never takes more than 5 minutes. And the best is: they always sort my problems! Thank you for doing such an amazing job!
