Incredible customer support. The built in functionality is very thorough and excellent but the customer support and willingness to tweak and refine is among the best service I've ever seen. So grateful for them!
Extremely happy so far. I created a page and had some trouble getting it perfect but support was great and got it working pronto. Can't wait to see what it does for my conversion rates.

If you really want to build a direct response sales page for your shopify products without losing your sleep, then Gempages is the answer. I have been testing gem pages for last two months. Feature set is great. My shop landing pages are loading in less than 2 seconds. Gempages has lots of templates, i use their templates and modify it.
Mobile optimization is good. I have lot of experience in webflow, Interface is not intuitive as webflow, with some work i'm able to accomplish exact layout and feel for mobile. Team is adding more templates regularly.
Customer support is great. They fixed my theme once to remove a google shopping error and also built a sticky cart button for mobile optimization.
Over all both the product and customer support is great. I would highly recommend it.
Ok. To start boldly: This is one of greatest apps I've installed. Ever.
I am an experienced Wordpress user, but Shopify was all new to me so I was a bit lost to begin with. I felt that Shopify was missing something very important - a proper way to build pages for those who are not educated in this field. Wordpress has it (Visual Composer) and that works great, but what about Shopify?
I finally stumbled across GemPage and was actually excited by how easy it was to do pretty much everything. In all honesty, it beats Visual Composer because you can do pretty much anything and you don't need any previous experience.
The support from these guys - Chris, is the one I've been in touch with - is the best I've ever received. Whenever I had a question or needed any help, they replied me within minutes on their integrated live-chat, in the control panel. GemPage comes packed with a lot of cool features and templates. Another cool thing is that they keep on updating and adding new features all the time. They actually listens to their users.
This review got lengthy and I could write more but I think I'll end it by saying this: The tiny sum I paid for GemPage was by far the best investment I could make when opening up my new store. To ensure it became the best it could be.

Seriously I have never had such a great customer support experience. These guys really take it seriously to help each customer the best way they can. By the way their PageBuilder is wonderful. Very easy to use, with great templates and anything you can dream of. Great app!
