Gempages is just great for building out a fully functioning site beyond the limitations of what shopify can intially do. I used gempages for my contact page and most importantly my product pages. Gempages is a great drag and drop builder similar to elementor or something like click funnels, so it makes pretty easy to have a nice looking page up fast. Their templates are also pretty good as a starting point!
I have used it almost for a year. It is a good app, make page building easier, highly recommended...

I've been working with Gem for several months, building individual pages and collections. It's far more flexible than my theme. Customer support team has been super helpful whenever I have an issue. Can't thank them enough.

At first I gave GemPages four stars, because it did many things well, but was still lacking certain capabilities that I want to see in a page builder, such as making popups for pages. After I left them the four star review, and while still communicating with them through the app messenger, they began trying to address every negative thing I mentioned, including their soliciting people to leave them five star reviews. I understand you have to compete in this corporate world, but we also have to be decent people. I think they got the point. I also talked to the developer, Chris, and he and his team are actually working on a popup feature now. I'm actually quite impressed by his team. They have been responsive, provided solutions, and have gone above and beyond really. Even if it is just for one more star, they earned it.
