Mona gave such excellent service and solutions. I communicated the issue with screenshots, and she understood right away what needed to be done by fixing the code for me, following through on the results, and offering solutions that I didn't even hope to get fixed. She also sent fun gifs and emojis, which made the overall interaction fun and pleasant. Thanks Mona!
Excellent support. The moment I heard that I get to keep the sections to use in the "Theme Section" even after I cancel the paid plan, it blew my mind. I don't think I am going to cancel the subscription because Gempages is definitely worth the money.
Best in the Shopify space; great service. Would still like to see a "pro" mode that would allow for custom CSS on elements or a Class first workflow.
This page builder works very well, is easy to use, and the customer service has been exceptional. They are fast to reply to messages, eager to help, and make sure any questions are handled completely.

I am using GemPages for all stores I have since years. The support is always geat, and knows really what to do! They write codes for you, guiding everything with screenshots, create templates for you, absolutely great. I have never experienced such a great support in an app ever!

I have made 2 landing pages for my subscription programs and 2 pages as "hubs" to hold videos and tutorials for my subscription products. I love the way they look and I get lots of compliments on how professional the pages look! Once I got the hang of it, they pages were very easy to build. I definitely recommend Gem Pages!
I've really enjoyed using gem pages. It has made making my website super easy. The builder is pretty intuitive and easy to use, and I preferred theirs over a couple others I've tried. Plus, it's really easy to create section templates so I can drag and drop my own already configured preferences. I did have a few issues with my theme clashing with the CSS starting out, but they resolved my issues really quickly, and now I have a wonderful working site that I was able to make myself. I'm so glad their support is quick and responsive!
