I used this app to build my product pages. it was helpful, to bad though it doesn't work with the Recharge subscription app on the improved shopify platform at least according to Recharge representative. but anyway when I had a question Marc was helpful with all my concerns and prompt so I am grateful for that!

I tried several page building apps before settling on this app. One of the main reasons for choosing this app is that I am familiar with the drag and drop concept. The app is easy to use and when I have found I needed assistance the support could not be faulted

Solid page builder but the real gem is the live customer support. The live chat saves me every single day - totally recommend! Kenny in particular is amazing.

I used this app to build my landing page for my shopify store. I really like how it saves and publishes quickly and also like the support. They got back to me right away during the day on Saturday afternoon. I would also love it if they had support during the evening hours (EST).

I have to say that this app sometimes does not work well. Some settings can not be done sometimes. I'm missing some features that I'm used to from Elementor, but the functionality is enough to build a beautiful landing page. However, the gempage builder also has options that elementor does not offer. For example, I find it very cool that in an accordion I can not only make texts but also pictures. Another negative point is that not every element has the same options. For example, I lack the possibility to overlay images. I can do that with the HeroBanner. I would like every element to have similar settings. GemPage should look at elementor and take on more functions.
My review may sound very negative, but that's not it. GemPage has all the fundamental features I need. Due to the lower setting options, I also tend less to exaggerate.
And the service is excellent. If I have a problem, then I am always helped within a few hours. The staff are very nice and competent.

This app, along with customer support help me a lot. My site was very basic, an they have loads of options to change that. Only thing is it wasn’t as easy as drag & drop. Once I got the hang of it my trial was over. Hopefully my store makes money soon, an I can get a plan to continue changes. I would recommend.

awesome support and an ok page editor, user experience can get better - but it cover with an amazing support team that will help you with that experience. they told me they keep evolving and I believe them. the top editors in market are all awful if to be honest - and this one is floating above them by very little. but again - the support that it comes with, makes it one of the better ones. cant wait for their next evolution so I can give them 5 stars with my heart. 4 stars is on for the AMAZING SUPPORT. the rest is 3 stars.

Great customer service (Leo). They answered very quickly and they found solutions. This app is easy to use.

The core function is excellent and you're really only limited by your imagination. Support is also very helpful and understanding. I do think there could be more support material, particularly around how Gem Pages works with product pages, sub-pages, themes and Shopify so you're given more of an overview of how everything links together. It's perhaps taken for granted that you know all that so I lost days trying to get to grips with that - hence the loss of a star. Overall, very good and will be using again.
