今の所、日本語対応していませんが、FAQページは自動的に日本語に翻訳されるようになっていて、とても効率は良いです。（ただまぁ、ちょっと自然な日本人によるガイダンスが欲しいところではある。でもShopifyのヘルプより読みやすい。）
サポートのメンバーはメッセージを日本語で送っても翻訳して英語で送っても、とても親切に答えてくれます。もっと日本人ユーザーの解説動画が増えれば、嬉しいですね。

Update: I'm working on this again 1 year later and still having similar issues. The platform is slow to load and support are not online during European business hours.
App is good but support are rarely online, or at least not online during our normal business hours in the UK. So we send report requests then do not hear back for hours. With other apps at this price and of a similar nature there is always some support around to help.

The best part about GemPages is the amazing support team. All my issues were always addressed and resolved quickly. The support team is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! Cindy and her colleagues are always there and ready to help whenever I have questions/issues.
