I love this app. It allows me to give back to my customers in the exact way I want to. The customer support is great too. The robot chat is really smart and quick and if its too complicated a live person jumps on pretty quickly. Everything I've needed to do, and every issue I needed to fix, was addressed quickly and with a very friendly and professional attitude. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who needs a free gift option for their website. Support is everything when you are trying to run an online business and need your apps to work for you. 5star customer service and ability to fix issues quickly and correctly. Thanks guys!!! I tried different apps, and in some cases I almost have to be a programmer to know how to make any changes.... When I thought that I almost got it, another problem came, so I gave up and tried and tried and tried until I found Gift Box, and I couldn't believe how amazingly easy it was to use. In minutes!! I made my gift box promo... Minutes, I tell you!!! With others I have to read a bible of instructions and try to think like a programmer to know what they're trying to tell... This was a charm!! And when a bug did appear... and the robot was trying to help me... A HUMAN!! came to the rescue!! and immediately fix the problem.
Easy to use and support was efficient and helped resolve my issue. I find the suite of Digismoothie apps user-friendly and customisable to what I'm looking to achieve. Thanks Marcela for your prompt and efficient response too.
Amazing app honestly , but their support is what got me to write this review.. We had a glitch on the GiftBox app where one of our products wasn’t adding to cart properly, and Tina jumped in straight away. She checked everything step by step, kept me updated throughout, and reassured me that if she couldn’t fix it herself, the tech team would resolve it within two hours.
In the end, that wasn’t even needed, she sorted the issue herself within 20 minutes.
Super responsive, calm under pressure, and genuinely committed to helping. What a legend. Thank you, Tina.
