We've been a fan of Rise. The customer service is responsive, the platform is easy to configure, and the integrations are good.
I'd say our move to Rise from Smile has been good. It is more clear than Rewards points for our customers, and a unified tool for gift cards, store credit, and rewards is nice. And it's more cost-effective, which matters a lot to us.
They have a wonderful support team and it is a very straight forward system.
I installed this app a couple of days ago, and it is excellent as we have been looking for a way to manage store credit and loyalty all in one place while utilizing Shopify's legacy account creation.
