We love working with Giftwizard! Although we've ran into quite a few bugs throughout our time with them, they are ALWAYS quick to respond and ALWAYS looking for ways to improve. A good percentage of our consumers are gifting, so it is very important to our brand that the gifting process is as easy and user friendly as possible. Giftwizard is definitely making moves in the right direction.
The developers at Rise are very helpful, it's a great app, and they really want to work with you. So thoroughly recommend it, and if you need help or some customisation talk to them because they are really willing to try to help.

Ari was amazing during my tutorial for the app! I sent a email and within 10 minutes, we were chatting. I can't wait to upload this app for my customers!
The app is very effective and works as expected. Support has been just as great and very responsive. It has generated me quite a few new customers using the workflow feature. Store credit and loyalty services are also great. It gives customers a reason to open accounts, increase cart value and come back to the store because they know that they're going to get real money in return.
Last but not least - the gift card service is awesome and adds a level of professionalism to my website.
