I rarely leave reviews. However, the rise.ai platform really impressed me. We switched from another loyalty program and have never looked back. Rise offers unrivaled levels of workflows, customization, campaigns and more.

Great app - not cheap for the full customisation - but really simple to use, good looking design and support team very good.

I easily set up my Gift Card page, and the customer support was fast and helped me a lot in customizing the app just as I wished it to look like.

Good personal help from Sam with the bulk uploads and with Nadav for the customizations! Rise doesn't have a bulk upload button for store credit, they do have a bulk upload button for gift cards. Note: They charge a fee of $0,20 per store credit update above 250 store credit uploads per month. They are working on improving their API.
This app is really good for building an effective gift card and rewards program. Reasonably priced and great ROI

This app has made a huge difference for us! We were able to import all (many thousands) of our existing in-store gift cards into Shopify with zero trouble. Really impressive. Support has also been excellent. Customers have appreciated the vast improvement to both the purchasing and using of gift cards and store credit on our site. It's not a cheap app, sure, but it's worth every penny.
