WOW! This app really is amazing! For years, we have had a very basic menu and we realised that, with a lot of products, customers were finding it very difficult to find the product they wanted. This app has solved that! In a few hours, we have been able to create a brilliant mega menu that catergorises all our products perfectly, and actually helps us to manage our store better also. Even more importantly, the app support is amazing! There were certain bespoke changes we were not able to make but the team at Globo assisted us immediately and we now have specific design changes that fit our store perfectly. The best thing about this app is the ability to add products in the menu, so you can show off your best sellers in the menu! I had the best support Ive ever experienced with shopify apps, Sarah was amazing. She responded so fast to my questions, with excellent explanations. We also needed some custom coding to get the menu on our website which they did for free. The app is not hard to learn. It has amazing flexibility. It loads fast and looks great. I like that I can design the menu on the back end and then push the design changes to the website when ready. I also really like being able to add images and icons. You can add labels in the menu such as New or On sale or Popular. It really stands out and grabs attention. Enormous flexibility in terms of its functionality means its going to suit nearly everyone. I love that we can mirror Aliexpress menus which I find are simple for customers to use especially for stores with lots of products, and obviously its a highly successful design. I like the categories drop down too, really stands out. I highly recommend this app and the team behind it.

Wonderful app. Our theme has been heavily worked upon so we needed some tricky customisation, to which support responded to immediately and had up and running for us literally as soon as I asked!

In terms of function, this Mega menu app is easy to setup and does what you need. We are still setting it up and have had some issues but customer support is great and have helped us resolve every detail so far. Hopefully the app keeps growing to improve the cosmetics and other personalization features. I will come back once its all setup to see if I elevate my score. UPDATE
We are about to go live with our website and the service that we have gotten from GLOBO team has been second to none. Unexpected to be honest based on other experiences. Globo customer service and dev team took care of all requests in less than 24 hrs even when it seamed to be a completely personalized asking. I'm sure the app will only get better. For anyone questioning whether to go with this or not, try this app out, you won't regret it!

Wow. Simply amazing app (completely free) which I am surprised of but even better and mind-blowing was their support. I ran into a problem probably because of my restrictive them. But to my sweet surprise, the online chat was available even outside of their normal hours and above all their developer did live troubleshooting and took a screenshot of step by step of what I need to do in case I ran into an issue in future. Where will I ever find this ?

I have a very basic free theme from Shopify and the menu just didn't cut it. Installed the Globo Mega Menu and it made the site look a million dollars.
Very easy to setup and use. Live preview and many options and types of menu. I really cant think of anything that could be improved. If you are looking for a menu app then don't bother looking any more as you've found the best.

The support is great and responsive. Had a conflict with another app on my site and within a few hours they had fixed the problem.

Why didn't I give it 5 stars then?
When they recently rolled out the new version of the app it caused several issues on my site which they did fix in a timely manner but I think a different roll-out strategy could have been used so that any impact or conflicts could be sorted before going live.

But definitely a 4.9 star app.
