This app is perfect for what I needed. There are loads of different options regarding the menu and how you want to set it out. The customer service people are extremely helpful. I had an issue with the app making my logo position change (to be honest it was likely something I’d accidentally done rather than it being the apps fault). Anyway, the customer service person who helped me was great. It got sorted out really quickly - they did it for me and set my logo position back to how I wanted it. Then they followed up/checked in to see if everything was cool and if I needed any more help. Bearing in mind I’m currently using the free subscription I’ve been really impressed with the help that I’ve received and how many options etc. the free version has.
I think this is a great app, especially because of the free features that are offered.
The other Shopify menu apps I tried were nowhere near as generous with their free features.
Unfortunately I had some problems because I had some previous code manipulation on my theme, and the menu wasn't loading.
I reached out to Globo for help, and with every email I sent, Sarah promptly emailed me back.
She helped me with just about every step in developing the look I needed for the website, never making me feel like I was asking too much.
The time I spent emailing Sarah was a pleasure. She really made me feel like I was messaging an old friend, so I wanted to write this review.

I had some issues with an integration of the Mega Menu, but the support team helped me to solve all of them. I also use Globo's app that provides filters on my website and there were the same situation: when I had problems, the support team solved them. So I know that I would use their apps if I want to add some new features to my store. They are even ready to customize their apps a little bit for your needs. Hands down 5 stars!
I normally hate having to reach out for help, but I tried over and over to fix my tech issue and had done all I could on my end to no avail. Then, I reached out to customer service, and they got back to me within 10 mins they explained we are in a big time zone difference and about a possible delay in timing because of this (totally understandable) and they explained exactly what to expect. Not many explain what to expect right off and this is a good quality to have. Good Job on communication skills! I think it was late for them, but they still sent me the request to fix and when I got up this morning USA (EST) time it was all fixed. I am really impressed with the level of customer service! Keep up the good work and thank you!

Awesome support, helped me with all my requests and very friendly. The app has alot of great options, if you want to add something on your menu that isn't in the app, you can always contact their team and they will gladly help you. Overall a nice experience and do recommend!
Helped me quickly with the installation. I work with the free Refresh Theme from shopify, and the menu did not show. Developer fixed it quick easily.
I do think the app could have a bit more customisation in terms of design and usability, but still 5 stars for me.
