I’ve been using the app for over a year now. Works excellent and their customer support is outstanding, helped me fix thousands of disapproved products on Google!!

Being so new in this, i made a lot of mistakes but the app is actually very easy to use, after you get a hang of it. There are many videos to learn from but I cannot say enough about how efficient and awesome their support is! Thanks to Abhishek , Deepak and all who have helped me so so much . They are really kind people! One of the best customer support i have ever encountered. I had made a mistake and Abhishek helped me throughout and what was amazing is, how fast he responded to each of my emails, i didn't have to wait a long time for a reply to come in to my queries. I sincerely appreciate that and would give them more than 5 stars if possible. U will not regret using this app.

This app is much, much more detailed and full-featured than the in-built Google sales channel and the support team is incredibly talented and helpful. I had many unique scenarios which they were able to resolve for me quickly and painlessly. VERY highly recommended.

Feed for Google Shopping is deceptively titled as it also integrates seamlessly with Facebook Shop, Microsoft Merchant Center, and the various Google Merchant Center offerings. This feed process is new to me and I am very impressed with the how the Simprosys team has been responsive, as long as you allow for the time delay. They're not only responsive to feed errors from GMC, FB, MS, but have even jumped in and fixed more nuanced code issues with my store, when my developer wasn't available. I've expanded to one of their other apps (order management) and am consider more. My only caveat is that I hope they update the app from using terms like Google Shopping Actions to whatever it's supposed to be now, because I had no idea what the software was referring to, since Google doesn't use those terms anymore. This would also apply to their voluminous video help/how-to library they make available - which are way more helpful than the standard FAQ from other apps. I highly recommend the app and the team. The have a generous 21 day trial and their basic tear is only $5/month, so those low barriers to entry are what compelled me to give Feed for Google Shopping a try.

No better app for feed mgmt as a start up. So simple, ample resources for help, and a SUPER quick response from real humans when needed. 5 Stars.
