Great support team. Had an issue trying to map our custom metafields to the Google Shopping Feed and Ashvin helped us very quickly. Fast and kind support team members!
It has been good. I liked the customer service better when your hours were better. I have to time it before I go to bed to get help. But at least you help unlike Google.

We had been using the Shopify Google Shopping free app for the last 2 years but its technical support can't simply deal with any issues with their own app or the ones related to Merchant Center. On the contrary, Feed for Google Shopping app and their technical support team proved to be knowledgeable, responsive and highly professional, guiding and helping us not only with the initial set up, which was a complex process for us, but also solving some of the issues we had in Google Merchant Center. If you are serious about running shopping ad campaigns, this app is the solution you need.
New to this app. So far so good. Quick support response! My was questions was answered and resolved in about 15 minutes or so.

Also - it submits the feed to merchant center for you!!! So install app and set up your products with bulk actions and you're done!

What I like most about the app is the great support they have with people ready to help and solve your problems for you, it saves me a lot of time-solving problems, and even better is that you don't talk to any bots or receive messages automatically, you literally talk to real people to solve your problem
I recommend this app to anyone who is starting google ads. Go find other apps. Products showing different amount in different country since we're using Shopify markets pro. Worst support they just sending you a video and articles and you will do it all by yourself. They cannot fix disapproved products. Conversion tracking? better use Elevar and Triplewhale or do it manually. Go for Multifeeds for Google Shopping now our products Best match in google shopping and organic search also the best support for fixing disapproved products. Thank me later.
