It's a very simple app with some ways to modify settings. Their service has been responsive and helpful. At one point, we asked them to modify the app so that the reviews only show up on our USA domain and turn it off on international domain versions of our site. They were quick to implement the changes, and I am overall satisfied.
Great app - and exceptionally good customer support. Would recommend to anyone. Very easy to setup!
