After having no luck initially with this app until a negative review was written I have now had great support from john at shopify to get things moving and products approved. Now we will see if the spend gets results.

Great support from Shopify to help their customers in getting their products online. Very fast and responsive.
This app is for those who trust Google with their 'Smart Shopping' campaigns, but not suitable for proper Google Shopping Campaigns (where you can manage bids and segment, switching products on and off etc.). Smart Shopping does not provide the best ROI for businesses so would recommend choosing a more versatile tool and managing your Ads more effectively.

The Google Shopping app is designed for a simple feed which runs smart shopping campaigns inside it, but if you want to run a regular campaign, you can still use the app to run the feed. I'm going to follow up with you via email to give you some more information.

Super easy to install and sync with shopify. All I had to do was follow the steps, and it was done! I am using this app to hopefully boost sales!
for now, I will give it 3 stars for optimization and understanding.
A little bit confuse to set and also we never know how the products are displaying. Overall Google Mechant is very very complicated.

My products are not being recognized by the google sales channel when I consult them in the app, they are neither approved nor disapproved nor pending. It's as if there are no products on the site, even though they are marked as active in this sales channel in the product settings.
