we have been trying to get our products approved and every single one is being denied, and when we speak to shopify they say its a google problem but we cant get ahold of google for anything its been a waist. so unhappy about it. Its causeing our company lose money everyday since we cant get it out to the public. and its been a 3 week process....... and still nothing

i used this app to help me open mu online store...im not sure what im doing really just sort of going thru the motions and tryin to get to the final page....it could be better by bwing more clear about what is what and why we need it.

Results not good. Campaigns not specific enough. There are apps in Shopify market that result in better & more specific Google ad campaigns.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. The Google Shopping App uses "Smart Shopping campaigns". These campaign use machine learning with the goal to achieve maximized conversions. Google's systems will pull from the product feed to test a number of combinations and then show it across the most relevant ads across the Google network. There's a lot of different ways that these campaigns can work, but you can also look at designing your own without the smart feature. I've gone ahead and sent you an email with some additional resources to help you determine the best marketing route to take for your business, and see if there's anything I can do to assist. one of the worst channel to deal with Google gives you so much hassle with no reason keeping suspending my account day in day out

The whole setup was somewhat straight forward. Had a minor issue where Shopify said google had an issue with my account, but when reviewing it with google, they had no information about any hiccups.
This app doesn't work, but somehow it says that it ran over $200 worth of ads. How could it do that when all of my products have been in "pending" for as long as it's been installed??

Sometimes the products are approved on your Google Merchant Center and it still reads as pending in the Google Shopping app. If this ever happens, you can contact Shopify Support and our team can look into it further for you!

Quick and Easy, it all about clicking a few buttons and boom its done. Hopefully this will go to plan but it was Quick and Easy.
