We are in the process of launching a loyalty program and out of all the programs I have worked with, in the past and researched, Growave was by far the easiest to work with and offered more than just the typical loyalty program. Customer service is great to work with as well. I wanted to update my review to just say that the development team and customer service team have been helpful throughout the entire time we have been using this app.

Great app! I use it on all my sites.
I found Growave when looking for a rewards/loyalty app for our store. Growave does that very well but so much more. I also use Growave for our reviews, Instagram feed and wishlist functions. This meant we were able to consolidate the apps we previously had running in our store from four to one. If that's not reason enough to add Growave to your store, the support that you get for this app is quick, efficient and super helpful. I highly recommend.

Growave is one of my most-used apps on Shopify because of the many wonderful features it has and the responsiveness of its support team. In particular, I've been getting a lot of help from Tina and Alex, they're highly professional and patient people :) The way Growave packages its rewards, wishlist, and product reviews systems into one app (and also one bill ;)) is a godsend for me. While at the beginning, it was quite difficult for me to navigate and use the app properly, Growave's support team and good documentation have helped me overcome the initial learning challenges. Thanks so much for the wonderful app and support, Growave! I wouldn't have been able to stay on Shopify for this long if it wasn't for you guys :)

Amazing app....its working on my site..I love all the features quick install - yes automatic. Support is brilliant, normally response time I have noticed is 6 hours, which is brilliant
I changed my theme twice during setup, and Eldar has kindly responded and supported very patiently....couldn't be happier, it does everything I need for my sites social life and the live feed feature indicating the activity on the site is brilliant..
Long story short...its worth the money, if you're looking forward for a serious business or maybe have a small hobby site..Take Care Social Shop Wave....your app is a jewel in the crown for my site...
