I'm a new Shopify-er and I initially was trying to set up Yotpo for reviews. After struggling for a week to work through things, I did some online research and came across Growave. Looking through the reviews and the website, I was impressed with the offering and decided to go with them instead of Yotpo. TO MY UTTER AMAZEMENT there was a dedicated rep that reached out within 20 minutes or so letting me know she was going to start the work. NOT AN HOUR LATER and I'm all set up and everything looks and works GREAT! Seriously! Its only day one (well hour one) and I'm already happy, so if the app works as well as the customer service, I'll be a happy camper. Shout out to Tattu Kachieva, the Knight in Shining Armor, for really helping me out today!

I have only just installed Growave so can't comment on what it has done for my sales/customer confidence and loyalty, however Alice has been doing the integration and has done an absolutely fantastic job. She has co-ordinated everything and all my comments re adjusting how it looks and where buttons are etc - I couldn't recommend her more highly for dealing with the integration and helping make it look fantastic on my website. 5***** for customer service and taking all the hassle of coding away from me! Everything has been done quickly and to my exact requirements. Let's hope the app itself performs as well as the customer service and integration team! Many thanks

This is the best team I have ever used since shopify. They help solve problems all the time. This app also enriches my store. I really appreciate the staff of SocialShopWave. If I could give this app 10 stars I would! If you are considering adding this app, I would highly recommend. The other reviews regarding the outstanding customer service are 100% true. We initially started with this app solely to handle reviews, but quickly realized we could consolidate many of the other apps we were paying for into this one app. Growave offered us an upgrade in functionality over our previous wishlist, birthday and rewards apps, while saving us in monthly subscription costs. Growave is a must have app for any Shopify site.
