inkFrog for eBay

Great App!!! Wish I had found it earlier! Would recommend to everybody who wants to expend their business on eBay!!!

I've used InkFrog for eBay for about two years with my regular business, and it's super reliable and a slick bit of software. I have now added it as my eBay integrator for Shopify on my personal shop site. This app is deep, and very complete. There is a small learning curve when getting started, but once you understand how it works, you could, if you wished, run your entire eBay operation without going to the actual eBay site. My Shopify site and eBay account stay perfectly synced. That's a lot of performance for less than twenty bucks a month. I read some of the recent one-star reviews, and can honestly say my experience has been totally different. But, I spent time with the app, read all the instructions, and it runs flawlessly. I think one gets out of it what they put into it.

Saves monumental amounts of time and effort! 5/5 for being able to sync Shopify with eBay

When using this item as an example: https://open.inkfrog.com/listings/edit/30402829 , the error is due to many item specifics not being added. eBay made some updates where some item specifics are now required to be filled out for each product. I have bolded each item specific that is required:
The item specific Department is missing. Add Department to this listing, enter a valid value and then try again. The item specific Inside Leg is missing. Add Inside Leg to this listing, enter a valid value and then try again. The item specific Style is missing. Add Style to this listing, enter a valid value and then try again. The item specific Material is missing. Add Material to this listing, enter a valid value and then try again. The item specific Closure is missing. Add Closure to this listing, enter a valid value and then try again. The item specific Rise is missing. Add Rise to this listing, enter a valid value and then try again. The item specific Size Type is missing. Add Size Type to this listing, enter a valid value and then try again. The item specific Vintage is missing. Add Vintage to this listing, enter a valid value and then try again.

I do love this app and it makes my eBay life so much easier bringing the orders into Shopify. But there is one major issue, you need to sync the shipping settings FROM eBay and stop creating new ones, this is one major bugbear for me and is causing me a lot of hassle, along with changing items which I correct in eBay. I'm haing to cancel orders or also take the hit on the chin when someone purchases something I do not ship to.

Please, please, please, import the shipping profiles from eBay and do not generate new profiles which are causing so much hassle.

I also love the template features but it would be very handy to have more Shopify fields available in the templates, maybe some freeform fields too, this would greatly improve the template operations for me.

A waste of time. Send over 30 emails that did not answer my initial question. Why wasn't my eBay and amazon accounts syn with my Shopify? Different adding Double entries to my Ebay account which I was charged I finally receive the answer I was looking for "You can manage eBay with Amazon, just not with Shopify linked to the same listings." I went back to read their advertisement "amazon OR ebay with by shopfity" So not both. Not what I wanted. I wasted over a week on trying to do what the app can not do.

Inkfrog provides a much more useful and easy-to-use interace than either Shopify or eBay -- both sites could learn a LOT about application design from Inkfrog!

Mapping and managing variants and their associated images was flawless. I haven't seen any other app that navigates Shopify's crazy data structure more fluently. The creators of Inkfrog are geniuses.

Incredibly powerful software combined with prompt, honest and helpful support.

App does not work and created duplicate orders as a result. Could not get past setting up more than 5000 sku's. Promised a fix for over 2 weeks and never received this fix.

Wasted so much time and money. Avoid this app!
