Does not work! I would not recommend this app, as there are too many bugs and problems with it.

I have never left a negative review. This is my first:

By far the worst experience I have ever had with software. Thousands of false orders were created. Support took weeks to correct, then two weeks later, hundreds more.

Plus their syncing between Shopify and eBay repeatedly broke down. I had to continuously run a backup spread sheet just to track orders which took triple the time.

Their software left our Shopify analytics in shambles. I don't know if we will EVER be able to get it accurate.

I would NEVER recommend this software to anyone.

UPDATE:
This app is NOT READY for debut & it is free because you are the test group. There are many issues which have been very costly to our small business. Shopify has verified that our issues stem from inkFrog. I also have no app conflicts. While Greg worked quickly to address a few issues (for that effort I would give him 5 stars), there are just so many problems appearing at unexpected times. This app changed my Shopify inventory throughout many items in my shop (not through sales or even items we sold on eBay!). We oversold items & have had to recount thousands of pieces of inventory, since Shopify is our "master record." It also changes my eBay pricing whenever I sync inventory. And, my shop settings on inkFrog are changing without me touching them! There are many more issues within the app, and I would not recommend you try this unless you have less than 10 SKU's that you could easily manage. When you agree to this app, you must have record of inventory elsewhere or you will be counting into the wee hours of the morning to save your business & avoid disaster!

I can not recommend this app at all, there are nothing but issue to delete an item it takes minimum 15 minutes and has to be deleted in 3 different places. Products imported from ebay no shipping method and they very bravely advised me to do it manually on 10000 items. Any issue you take to them ends up with "our developers are working on the most urgent developments" first try to pass the ball to shopify. Items sold on ebay in different countries wont be ended on shopify so you have to do it manually. HTML Templates cannot be saved and it wont go to ebay correctly. They have lost the plot, they dont know the meaning of channel integration and why sellers are looking for one. I can go on like this but dont see the point, If you want headache you are at the correct place.

They will took all your Customers info, Also PLEASE NOTE THIS APP ONLY CREATE A LISTING TO EBAY AND WON'T SYNC IT WITH YOUR SHOPIFY STORE, ALSO WHEN YOU CREATE A LISTING FOR EBAY, IT WON'T CREATE THAT LISTING INTO YOUR SHOPIFY STORE, SO THERE IS NO REASON TO PAY FOR AN APP TO DO NOTHING!!

I think it's a great concept, but this app is lacking a-lot of basic functionality. I had to manually input the item description in the "deciphers". I'm only allowed to include 10 product items, not including variants before I'm being forced to pay $11 to $30 a month for tier subscription services. Products do not 100% automatically import, there is still a-lot of backlog work.

this app is still buggy and terrible and now they even want you to pay for it. Figured I would give it another try but after having so many issues with the template editor I had to call it a day after wasting 6 hours at it. Just wouldn't load anything into the editor, total waste of time, glad I didn't buy it.

Not happy at all. It acts funny. It increased the prices on ebay a lot more than what I had on my store. Store price was $18 inkfrog listed it on ebay for $53!!
I contacted the support and they said the setting to sync shopify prices were off! This was totally false as i check the setting. They forced syn certain product. I imported new list and the list has the same issue. I lost a lot of sale because of this bug in InkFrog.
I am not looking for alternatives.Can't keep paying InkFrog for losing sales.

Slow and doesn't properly keep prices synced between Shopify and Ebay. For some reason it seems to randomly increase the price on some products by a large amount, and then constantly fails to sync between the two. This app is a whole lotta hassle as I have to review all ebay prices and settings for every product, but three stars since it does save time.

Unfortunately there is no other apps that I can find that accomplish what Inkfrog can, so I am stuck using this like everyone else. This is what lack of competition breeds.

EDIT: Removed the program and downgraded to one store. This app creates more work then it solves, and should not be trusted in any way.
