Why does the Instagram grid keep disappearing from my website? This has happened more than once, and it is extremely frustrating. When the feed disappears, customers visiting my site see a blank section or a link that does not display properly, which makes my website look unprofessional.
If the app requires an update, reconnection, or any type of maintenance to keep the feed working, STORE OWNERS SHOULD BE NOTIFIED. An email letting us know that action is required would prevent this from happening.
I’ve had this issue before and mentioned this to you guys. I should not have to randomly check my website to discover that the Instagram feed has disappeared again. Please improve the notification process so merchants know when something needs to be updated or reconnected.
Thank you for the review. Our app will automatically hide your feed from your store when Instagram flags a security event on your Instagram. This is done to protect your store in case your Instagram hacks get hacked. This mechanism prevents someone from displaying content in your store that you did not authorize.
We do have notifications in place, but sometimes they need to be tailored specifically to your account. Our team will reach out to you.
We strongly recommend checking the security of your Instagram account. E.g., enabling 2FA, last activity, etc.
Love the app! We used to use a different Instagram feed app, but it was unstable and glitchy. This one works flawlessly and has been incredibly stable.

Einfache und unkomplizierte Einrichtung. Alle Funktionen ließen sich gut anpassen und es gibt einen kostenlosen Plan, der für mich erstmal völlig reicht. Kleiner Punkt Abzug: Der Instafeed ließ sich bei mir nicht verschieben und ist ganz unten auf der Startseite fixiert. (Vielleicht lags aber auch nur an meinen Einstellungen.
