We checked our email, however we could not find any email from your end about the issue, our response time is very fast. We could have definitely helped you within a couple of minutes of your email.
We have given instructions in our app on how to delete / remove code. We have one click uninstall feature.
When you delete app, you get the email from app which has the code uninstall instructions.
Also, the app was FREE just for a day as a promotion was going on, we emailed you about this and shared a screenshot also with you in email.

So far the app has worked great and the support was fantastic. Would recommend this app to fix the Instagram API removal.
After viewing Instagram apps available, this seemed the best decision as so highly rated. The app team responded quickly and installation was seamless. I had been dreading the changeover but this was so simple to do and they were most accommodating. Very user friendly with lots of great features. Thrilled with it and would not hesitate to recommend.

Very simple to implement and snaps right in where I wanted it even with manual install. Had minor issues with the CSS matching up and working with the text in the block right after it, but their support was super fast and responsive and they fixed the issue in their app immediately! Will definitely be checking out their other apps.

I had issues installing - it was my fault. Contacted support and they replied quickly and helped me get it running. I do wish when you clicked on one of the IG posts that was a video, the video would play ON my website. To see the video, it appears you have to go to the IG app. But other than that, install was good, support was great. I'd recommend this app.
Thank you for posting the review. From the app's settings you selected the link setting, so it is linking to IG. If you select a popup setting then the image or video will open in a popup and play.
