I installed this app a few days ago and I have to say I'm quite impressed with it. It has a lot of great features (more features than some comparable apps that are much pricier) and yet is easy to set up. It calculates the loyalty points properly (unlike some of its competitors) and is very flexible. The support staff (including Tracy, Anivia, Abby and others) is super friendly and helpful. Overall I am very impressed and pleased!!!
I had an excellent experience using the app, and the support I received was top-notch. Audrey, in particular, was incredibly helpful and provided quick responses to all my questions. Thanks to her assistance, I was able to integrate the app seamlessly and start using it without any issues. I’m very grateful for her support, and I would definitely recommend this app to others!

Allowing cooperation within the admin has been very fast and professional, Nolan one of the support guys took little more than 2 hours to implement an edit to our theme once we asked him.

We migrated from other app ,and found out that the function provided by joy is Comprehensive and easy to use. The customer service is friendly and helpful, their instructions are clear. Shout out for Audrey and Hana, both of you did a great job !
Poor customer service. They state they have a 30-day money back guarantee; however, they will refuse or make excuses as to why they can't process the refund (even though it's been within the time frame AND you've uninstalled the app). It appears this app was made to mimic SmileIO, but has a lot of bugs and needs a lot more work to get to their potential. Time consuming to set up and the worst part is the emails are unable to be edited and they have incorrect grammar within their template. Lots of promises to roll out new features, but reading prior reviews that is also smoke and mirrors.

I chose this app because of the service recommendations. But they will only give you a demo on the product if you are going to sign up for advanced. I don't know what I wanted until I saw a demo. Back and forth, they didn't want to help so I uninstalled. I just asked for a demo.
