Jubile:Makeup Beauty Cosmetics

I’ve had a really good experience with Jubile: Makeup Beauty Cosmetics so far. The app is easy to navigate, and I like how straightforward it is to browse the available beauty and cosmetics products. It has made it easier for me to explore products that could fit my store without making the process feel complicated.

The overall experience has been smooth, and I appreciate having a focused selection of beauty products in one place. I’m looking forward to continuing to use it as I grow my store.

I did free trial 24 hours ago and they charged me 50

I cancelled first hour, uninstalled and they still charged me.. SCAM

Easy to use. Not what I expected, I ordered a sample thinking I'd get to see my logo. Fair enough it's a sample no logo. But, it took a few weeks and some complaining to get the product delivered. I'm told you need to order 5 items to get the logo. Logo = brand = why I chose to try Jubile.

My order of 5 products arrives with only 4 items in the package. And you guessed it no logo. Now I'm told that I need to order a quantity of 5 items to see my logo on the product.

I have been misled and misinformed.

The app forces you to put in credit card and sign up for account for $1 and opt into the monthly charges after the $1 trial in order to even to see what products they have to offer. I asked many times in chat what their skincare products were and they said they have many and to sign up to see. Once we put in the credit card we then see they only have 1 skincare product and a very limited number of products at all. The help chat also said it is very simple to just cancel you can simply just let them know in the chat and they will cancel immediately. I then asked them to cancel and they said they need you to go in and cancel following a number of inconvenient steps trying to dissuade cancellations from the monthly charges. All in all I applaud them for the concept and wish them nothing but the best. I simply think that the handling of onboarding recurring customers and cancellation process is done in poor taste.

It appears that they're illegally using your personal data, an unauthorized login was attempted to one of my emails, and shortly after (30 mins) I received a fake customer service email from them to that exact email address. Beware

A truly unfortunate experience. The idea is good. The execution unfortunately not. Racked up 49 customer orders over a week, couldn't place orders at all in their app. Tried clearing cache, different browsers, different devices and their tech team just couldn't get it working within a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately will have to refund these customer's orders since Jubilee could not get their act together. The only bright side is they are responsive but that only goes so far if your service doesn't work in the first place. First app that we've had an actual bad experience with. It's a shame but we have to cut our losses and move forward.

I would totally recommend this app! It's user friendly and easy to navigate for beginners. I'm having fun recreating my brand with Jubilee. Fingers crossed that this is going to be the fuel that makes Brilliant Beauty Cosmetics skyrocket!!

Love Jubilee app store. Great for skin business that wants to try private label products. Everything is super easy, from product listing to importing direct to my Shopify store. I highly recommend
