Absolutely terrible service. It took them a full week just to figure out why my purchase wasn’t going through, only to finally tell me that they don’t even deliver to Europe which is not clearly stated anywhere.
On top of that I was charged multiple times even on a Sunday morning despite being told I would get a refund. Since then they have completely stopped responding.
Very unprofessional and unreliable experience. If you are considering using this service be careful I would not recommend it. They do not even deserve one star.

Do not use app - they charge even after you've cancelled subscription. Cancelled the same day and they still charged me for the month. Please if someone can assist with a refund that would be helpful. Thank you.
It appears that they're illegally using your personal data, an unauthorized login was attempted to one of my emails, and shortly after (30 mins) I received a fake customer service email from them to that exact email address. Beware

Easy to use. Not what I expected, I ordered a sample thinking I'd get to see my logo. Fair enough it's a sample no logo. But, it took a few weeks and some complaining to get the product delivered. I'm told you need to order 5 items to get the logo. Logo = brand = why I chose to try Jubile.
My order of 5 products arrives with only 4 items in the package. And you guessed it no logo. Now I'm told that I need to order a quantity of 5 items to see my logo on the product.
I have been misled and misinformed.

great pricing and great products to add to my hair care regrowth line! I also like that I can order samples at a decent price all without the hassel of having inventory.

A truly unfortunate experience. The idea is good. The execution unfortunately not. Racked up 49 customer orders over a week, couldn't place orders at all in their app. Tried clearing cache, different browsers, different devices and their tech team just couldn't get it working within a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately will have to refund these customer's orders since Jubilee could not get their act together. The only bright side is they are responsive but that only goes so far if your service doesn't work in the first place. First app that we've had an actual bad experience with. It's a shame but we have to cut our losses and move forward.

I was try a trial with them and they ask me to put my debit card to confirm trial , my trial ended and i didn’t subscribe to any plan , but they try about 4 or 5 times to withdraw subscription fees , when i contact them to slove this issu they tell me that i have a subscription but i prove that i haven’t any active subscription on my account with a screen shot , then they till me they will cancel the subscription but it doesn’t happened till now , and they still try to withdraw fees every 2 days
