Very nice! I had an enquiry and Andrew explained in detail everything I needed to know and also showed a helpful article.
We're using the basic plan for judge.me and it's very straightforward and easy to use. When we had a minor issue with importing, customer support replied to me within minutes and solved my problem. I'm very satisfied so far - so much so, we'll be considering upgrading to the higher plan. Thumbs up.
The App works well so far. I have a little trouble of showing the reviews in my homepage and the support team could help me right away within 5 minutes.
