Very helpful customer service. I was having trouble installing the code and the rep installed it for me and also made some adjustments so that it appeared how I wanted it.
We have been selling on eBay for many years, and Judge.me gave us the opportunity to export all of our feedback (manually) and import them into our page. That way, the customers will have genuine feedback about these specific products.

I just installed this app and haven't had a chance to really feel the benefits, but installation was easy and in a few minutes of looking around I was able to find all the features I was looking for. I even had a CSR reach out proactively and offer to help tweak and customize the installation. Looking forward to seeing how the app performs.
