I was struggling to get my reviews from another app imported. Abraão helped and went above and beyond! He had to create a new file and copy and paste all of the reviews so it was in the correct format. His assistance was quick and thorough not to mention very pleasant and professional. I've just started using the app today so I'll update my review later but the customer service is top notch.
