I am not really computer savvy and I could not figure out why my reviews were now showing up. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the chat and a real person that could help me Abderrahman was more than helpful and got everything fixed in less than 10 min and fyi it was user error ( ME) lol) that it was not right in the first place I really like the Judge.me even more now

Love Judge.me! Been using it for our 3D filament for YEARS! I think it was one of the first apps we downloaded and we're still using it today. Works great, easy to customize and customer service has been perfect. Sent a message a few hours ago, and received a helpful reply not long ago!

Terrible application, followed their guide of how to upload review by CSV file and spent over 7 hours totals because their support assistance told to do it different and no matter what I did the system didn't managed to upload it.

I was having trouble getting my widget to work properly, even after deleting my old review app. Cassiano helped me out immensely, working behind the scenes to work out the coding. He had it up and running within 5 minutes, and we appreciate it so much!
