One of the best values in the shopify app market. There's no reason to consider any other review app!

I installed JudgeMe as it seems to offer a lot of free perks, which is great when you are just starting off.
I managed to import all my reviews from my marketplace shop via uploading a csv file. It then took me a couple of hours to configure everything as I wanted.
The main reason for writing this review is the absolutely brilliant customer service so far - I had an issue with the homepage stars not displaying properly and I reached out in the chat. Not only did they answer within minutes, but they also solved my issue within minutes (Thank you Gabriela).
So far the best app I’ve downloaded to support me on Shopify.

Had an issue with Google Search console Missing Field "itemreviewed" i was strugling to fix it but when i cotnacted Judge.me customer support " Puff " magicly "Tanah" showed up and fixed the problem within seconds. all this was happend within 10mins.

I don't really generate enough revenue to go out for their Premium version, and I don't know if what they offer is necessarily worth the money.

However, the free plan that is available does exactly what I need it to, and has really been a neat, fun, and eye-opening experience. Having customers submit their own pictures of the products they receive, leaving creative reviews, and being able to plaster that across your website is just freaking sweet.

Additionally, the Judge.me Storefront thing they have going on is really cool. I am unsure of exactly how it all works, but I choose to view it as a review-focused marketplace where the reviews do the work of selling your store to new customers, rather than you pushing products. Overall, I highly recommend Judge.me's free plan, especially if you're just starting out like I am.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they tackled the issue and got it fixed in no time! This app definitely deserves a thumbs up!

The Judge.me app is by far the best reviews app I have had installed so far on my Shopify store. And when today I had something un installed that I should not have, Carlos was really nice and quickly resolved my issues and put everything back in order. I believe also that my customers loves this app as well.

I am beyond satisfied with their support. I had some trouble setting up the app, but Ron helped me with everything. He even customized the star colors and created an email template with the logo"He went out of his way to support me so well. Honestly, when I first saw the message in the chat box, I thought it was AI (even it said "I'm a human") and was not expecting it at all but they did a perfect job. Thank you so much.
