The communication is fantastic. They are always adding new features. It is worth every penny. If I have a question it is answered within 2 minutes. Robust program!

Ron was super super helpful in assisting me with setting up. I'm very new to Shopify so he gave me the steps to set everything up myself as I was a bit hesitant to give him access to my store. He showed me tricks to use the app to the fullest that I would never have found on my own and he even checked in to make sure I was doing everything right. Not to mention he gave me a free trial run to the awesome plan, wow! Customer service is A1 even on the free plan. Highly recommend! - A Happy Customer :D

Andrew is extremely attentive and helpful. I've used multiple review apps in the past, and this is by far the best one. I feel very well helped and the UI is very easy to use. I downloaded the Judeg.me app based on the positive reviews. I recently opened my Shopify store and had a lot of work to do with setting up various apps. Ron, the chat representative kindly offered to help me set up and even went above and beyond to help me customize my color theme. He provided suggestions and offered solutions. What is there to say about Judge.me!?!?! LOTS! They are a must use app, its completely free unless you want or need more than what the free version offers on Shopify. We were on Big Commerce before and used the free version and it was perfect for us. Now that we are swapping over to Shopify we needed some help dialing in the app for its looks, some help getting the reviews properly re-routed to our new URLs and some other minor help. Their customer service via live chat was 10/10 for us. We corrected everything live and they made it all happen on a sunday of all days and its a FREE app....what more can you possibly ask for? WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUDGE.ME!
