We had to move from Loox to Judge Me because of our launch to several countries. And sadly Loox did not support the translation we are going to do. I reached out to Judge me and was honest about that i wanted the look to appear more like Loox Apperael because I think it's more pretty. To my surprise, Christian told me no worries he would go in and adjust the widget so it look more similar to Loox`s widget. Now we have the look we wanted and it works for several languages. The answer time from Christian was within 1 min all 3 times I contacted them today. Deserves 5 stars!

I absolutely love this app. I was not quite ready for the monthly fee as I have a brand new website and I don't have the revenue yet to justify the monthly fees for all these different apps. However, I reached out to Andrew via their message chat and he helped with a feature that was not available. Incredible customer service! I will be signing up for the full service of what they offer!
