Gorgeous app it adds so much vitality to the website - feedback from customers etc.
But, the best part is the support, if you have an issue you can contact their chat support and within seconds they have a solution, they have provided changes to our code and updates within minutes where others would take days.

I absolutely love this app. I was not quite ready for the monthly fee as I have a brand new website and I don't have the revenue yet to justify the monthly fees for all these different apps. However, I reached out to Andrew via their message chat and he helped with a feature that was not available. Incredible customer service! I will be signing up for the full service of what they offer! I was having trouble getting my widget to work properly, even after deleting my old review app. Cassiano helped me out immensely, working behind the scenes to work out the coding. He had it up and running within 5 minutes, and we appreciate it so much!

I have been using Judge.me on my online store for more then a year and couldn't be happier. It looks great and the team behind it are fast in solving issues and help. Very reccomended.

Installation and customization is fairly easy overall. We had a little trouble with a few different widgets, but the customer support team was quick to respond. Igor was the man! He helped us to manually install the code required for the widgets. He also provided answers to questions about importing reviews. Their Support Team has been very responsive every time we contact them. App is overall easy to use and Awesome Plan contains many useful features for the monthly fee versus similar apps with much higher costs. However, I think the Free Plan would benefit many small stores just starting out who may have very tight budgets.

For some reason, my reviews were showing up in triplicate. Cassiano almost immediately fixed this for me and also sent me a screen shot of how to move the reviews to a new location on my product page. And I have the free version...

Not only does the product work just as intended and flawlessly and probably the best in what it does, but their customer support is above and beyond, very responsive, very helpful, and would solve your issue almost immediately. Thank you Abderrahman for the support!
