i was heistate to use them at the first place coz they are so cheap that im concerned i wont get good customer service , but i gave it a try coz i been paying another company at 10 times more expensive for over 7 years ! i checked the functionailty , judge is even better! after i installed, wow, the customer service is exceptional! no matter when i need them, 4 am, 10 pm, weekend, holiday, i always get respond promotly and they addressed all my concerns!

Decent customization options and a very quick and helpful support team. Quick support even when using the free plan (within 5 minutes they edited my code to make the widget display how i wanted it to).
Ron helped me and was very helpful; despite my lack of knowledge Ron allowed me to complete a task.
The app is working great and has a lot of options to follow-up on consumers as well. Been loving this app and the way it works but also the customer service is great. After checking with them, we gave them access to help us with our code for some missalignments in our lay-out and they changed this in no-time! Great service and couldn't have asked for a faster response.
