Apps been working well and support has been great. Ann was a great help in resolving an issue I was having getting all my DNS settings in order.
So far, I like the app. I have only just set it up and haven't sent out any reviews but Ron has been very helpful. Like the personalised service.
So far it is amazing. I was looking for a good review app that wasn't so confusing. Yotpo was too expensive and very very confusing. With Judge.me I had it setup in minutes. The extra features are amazing. No coding required. I will be a long time customer.
I've been using this app for over a month, and it's been great! It's super easy to use, customize and collect reviews. The support has also been amazing. I've had a few questions, like having to remap some reviews to a new product name, and they took care of it in less than 5 minutes, so I had no downtime. I highly recommend the app!
