Great customer service and so many functions we didn't know we would get! What a win!
i like it a lot just need a simple addtion to be able to add rewies on mass by using a exe file but anything else realy nice (atleast i diidn'T find it just saw that i can import questions and rew from aliexpres)

Hakima from the support team helped us automate product groups for reviews based on our product tag, which was a massive help for our shop.
We'd like to also automate the discount codes sent out so they're restricted to certain product collections, like Shopify's native discount codes are, but this doesn't currently seem to be possible. This would be great to have since we'd love to reward reviewers, but some of our products are too price-sensitive to have a discount be applied to them.
