So far there has been a lot of communication with set up emails and it is doing everything I need it to do.
I had some questions about where the stars could be set up in my template and the customer service chat responded very quickly and hopped onto my theme and set it up.

App is best for the name it suggests. I once had a issue with importing, I accidentally imported 41000 reviews. There support responded under 24 hours and help me delete all the imported reviews.
