Joseph, the customer service rep, was excellent. He helped guide me through adding the reviews I imported to my shop. Without his help, I don't think it would have been possible for me to add my reviews to my shop.

Judge.me is a fantastic review app. Even their free plan has so much to it. A store without social proof is really lacking what buyers need. Having a review widget that is simple to use is helpful. Their support team are fantastic too. They helped with an intricate installation and it came out great.
