I had an issue with my product snippet and was trying to resolve it with another application. They asked me to give them 6 days to fix it. But Ben, with Judge.me, fixed it in 10 minutes. It's crazy. Thank you so much Ben! I appreciate it.
I'd recommend the app because Shopify built it and customer reviews are a crucial aspect for businesses like mine. So far, I've had an enjoyable and seamless experience (with the assistance of a Judge.me agent) for onboarding and I look forward to utilizing the app.

A guy from the support team named Andrew was very helpful when I had a request to customise the widget colour to match my theme. Would be great if we had the option to customise the widget style on our own, but for now everything works fine.
