Just installed the app yesterday so not a lot of experience yet, but I contacted support to add the Star Ratings in a particular spot and their service is outstanding!

Excellent transition from Shopify Product Reviews. I had a couple of small technical questions and was suitably impressed with the fast response times. The app looks really good to with some very nice upgrades that we will definitely consider in the near future.
