Han was a great help to me when I needed assistance in the middle of the night. I had an issue with the coding on the app and had some weird message popping up on my website, she went in and fixed it pretty quickly. Then I had another issue with something on my website not related to the app and she helped me fix that as well! Han was wonderful. The app is a great app for reviews and you have the ability to hide the dates of your reviews and allow photos as well as videos. I have only been using it a few days but I am enjoying it thus far.
I am not a savvy tech person when it comes to making websites and getting the things I need. I was having serious trouble importing reviews to my website and after a day and a half, I gave in and asked for help. The people who helped me was there every step of the way and I never had to repeat myself if I was chatting with a different person. Because of this you get 5 stars for the best costumer service I've had in a long time!

Fui muito bem atendido pelo suporte, especificamente pelo atendente "Ron". Sobre a funcionalidade me parece muito boa, mas ainda vou testar na prática, mas já consegui configurar tudo ok.
P.s: Later the attendant "Thanh" was also very helpful with the configs of the reviews display
