So far so good. The support has been very responsive and they have been able to customise the display of reviews as per my requests.
I'm currently testing the solution against a more established reviews platform as I feel it may be just as good for a fraction of the cost.
Faissal was really helpful! I think the app is easy to use as i received alot of customer feedback from it and gained many reviews. When the review suddenly disappeared from our page, i emailed Faissal and he replied within seconds, and within the next 5 minutes, my problem was fixed!
