So easy to navigate and AMAZING customer service. I needed assistance with a question I had and someone was with me in the chat right away and gave me clear answers.

Good app and responsive help, however the display of the reviews is not very customizable at all, and in my opinion it looks quite bulky at the bottom of a product page.
Jess was very helpful. She responded in a timely manner and catered to my needs. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. She took the initiative to reach out to me when she realised that I did not finish my onboarding process. Would not have been able to finish my set up without her.
