I love how easy this app is to use, and it has a clean and concise array of ways to socially prove to my audience that my products are up their alleys. The team also was kind and quick to help me lower my site speed by aiding in some coding conditioning.

The app makes the process of requesting and following up on reviews a breeze. Also, their customer service is some of the best I've seen!

Super fast support in case something needs to be amended. So far we are really happy with the app and the available plan pricing as well

I've recently added this app to my store https://notboringhome.com so that customers can leave feedback on our home decor. It was simple to install and started bringing in reviews very quickly.

But a few weeks after setting it up, Google notified me of an indexing issue via Console. I contacted support through chat and Louis from Judge.me helped me on the spot (on a Saturday!).

He made sure the Google error was resolved and even helped me discover a few other errors I needed to fix on my end. Top notch support! Never experienced this with any other app. I highly recommend!

The best customer service I've ever received on any of my third party apps with Shopify. The theme concierge team usually responds within minutes and I haven't had an issue yet that they can't solve. I am from Hawai'i and my business is based here -- so naturally my working hours are usually very far behind that of the rest of the world that operates during EST.
