Junip ‑ Product Reviews App

Junip is EASILY the best option for collecting reviews on Shopify. It's largely the value they offer for their price, while giving a large chunk of the features I need. Integrations with Klaviyo, Google Ads, easy to use interface, great user experience -- all reason I love this software. The support team and owner are very smart and helpful. It is confusing how much competitors charge and how little you get.

Looks great and does exactly whats needed. Great addition to the store. More importantly though, the customer support is exceptional. Stuart was there every step of the way from the initial conversation to onboarding and was a great help. Highly recommend this app - switched over from YotPo and won't be looking back.

Super easy setup, really fair pricing, great support, and all the features we need. What more can you ask for? I really appreciate the deep integration with Postscript and Klaviyo - that's something that other apps don't really offer. It's also well designed (both the admin and customer facing side) and intuitive. Really happy we decided to make the switch!

The app is a little pricey; however, it allows you to customize reviews to your specific brand/business which is neat. Unlike YotPo that charges a shit ton to do the same, Junip allows you to do that for a fraction of the cost.

This app has allowed me to add Photos to my reviews and I really love the fact they make it free for the first 500 orders which is very helpful for those who are just starting out!

Amazing! Was thinking of ways to get reviews from past customers and offer an incentive to do it. Reviews are king these days for online shopping and its what we have always been lacking. This app does it so effortlessly! Sent out emails to all customers for the past year, gave them a 15% off discount code on their next order if they completed one, and just sat back and watched all these amazing reviews come in! Good info on the analytics page. You can accept or reject what you like or don't like. Can't find any fualts yet. The support team reached out right away and helped me get it on our product grid page, they looked at our site without asking them to do it and emailed me to let me know they can tweak it even better. Just get it, you won't be let down.

We're happy with the service. We have it integrated with Klaviyo and run our campaigns there. It works great. Whenever we reach out to support, they're quick to respond and have been very helpful.

I have never received better customer service when dealing with an app. The team is wonderful. They walked me through every step of installation, and went above and beyond. Further, coming from a big review app I am definitely impressed with how much I am getting for the price point. Making this switch has been a no-brainer.

Everything has been easy to use from integration to the store from customer use. I currently use the free plan available as we are a new store.
