Customer service has been Five Stars as well. I had a question on how to add something to my emails....instead of waiting for an email response or some common problem solve link..my question was not only answered in live chat in about 30 seconds but the rep Alan adjusted what needed for me right then and there!.....Keep up the great work guys!

The app has NOT helped me get customers to buy what they have left in their shopping cart. Not happy with it.
I'm still learning and using this app. I'll give a better review after some time. This is a pretty good app though
