We like the flexibility of Koongo! Connecting with (dutch) Platforms is making our lives much easier. The most important goal was the proper synchronisation of stock.

We have run into some issues which were solved perfectly by the helpdesk. If possible I would have given them 6 stars ;-)

It was my first time dealing with a specialized product upload using an XML file for our new Spartoo channel. Carlos from Koongo was very helpful with the setup by guiding me with the more technical specifics in terms of labeling each our of attributes to comply with Spartoo's requirements. We use this app to make a connection between Shopify and our two (2) Bol.com stores (NL en BE). They helped me to organise our stock for FBB and FBM. Raul is very understanding and helpfull.

I was really scared to begin to work with the app as I was thinking that is sooo complicated. But it takes not so long time to orientate how it works. And what I liked very much - is the custom support. Very friendly, very professional and very patient. They are looking very focused to every detail and seeing very good what to optimise more. Setting this up isn't too difficult. I did need assistance at one point due to missing the fact that I had selected SKU, but don't use SKU in my shopify store. Koonga support was extremely helpful in assisting with locating the issue and it was a quick fix. Within minutes the products were showing in our product list on the marketplace. I really do like the ability to filter product out based on vendor or whatever you choose. Overall good app... would like to see additional marketplace integrations in the future.
