Rubbish app. It screws around with your theme big time, and has a handy 'cleanup my theme' button once uninstalled which simply reinstalls the app onto your store without removing any of the code on your theme. This is incredibly misleading. It is also difficult to customise.

Great app for creating upsell/cross sell opportunities into your store, excellent interface, analytics, overall UX is incredible compared to many other upsell apps available. Ryanna from support is excellent! Would definitely recommend checking this app out!

Just started using LimeSpot and their support team is phenomenal. They have help files/articles. And they actually respond quickly. Also the app is highly functional -- it does more than upsell/cross-sell. You can integrate with Klaviyo etc. Hope they continue to invest/grow -- they really have a great product.

Top notch customer service and attention to details. Responded to my first query within hours and fixed the problem themselves before getting back in touch with me. I know "the review" is lifeblood for startup app companies like this, I still have never left one ever in my life for any product but this - this is sorcery almost. Can we take a moment and realize what this really is?? This team ... they built an entire recommendations engine into a shopify app.. .. do you know how hard that is to do?!? It's mind boggling.
