Great support from LitExtension.
I accidentally overwrote product images after the migration, which left most products missing additional images. Ben identified the issue straight away and fixed it with a custom re import.
Even though it was my fault, he handled it free of charge and made sure only the images were updated.
Quick, helpful, and saved a lot of manual work. Would recommend.

We used LE for a big migration from an outdated legacy platform, and there were tons of tricky data issues that required custom tweaks and careful mapping. after paying usd599 they wanted us to upgrade to the usd 1699 bundle
I had to negotiate to waive the extra charges
they dont tell you that when you buy the app
However i had 60000 products and 30000 customers and 25000 orders
it took around 10 days to complete but it was done succesfully
